Due to the nature of our research-grade products and strict quality control requirements, AvenyLabs accepts returns only under the following conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions if your request is approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the equivalent value of the cryptocurrency at the time of the refund.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at AvenyLabs' discretion (e.g., items that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by AvenyLabs).
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item), AvenyLabs will cover the return shipping costs. In all other eligible cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@avenylabs.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
