All products sold by AvenyLabs are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any clinical application. By purchasing from AvenyLabs, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All orders are subject to acceptance by AvenyLabs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH) and credit card payments.
AvenyLabs ships worldwide using temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product integrity. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final unless the product is demonstrably defective or damaged during shipping. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvenyLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
AvenyLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
